Chaps & Pants

Motorcycle chaps serve two purposes. One is to keep the legs warm in potentially bone chilling winds, and to protect the lower torso from road rash. Leather chaps have been found to be the best material to accomplish both these goals.

Our leather motorcycle chaps come in a variety of leather grades, styles and hides. For the utmost in protection, our naked leather chaps are up to 1.5 mm thick, and are proven to be the best in resisting tear in a prolonged slide on an asphalt surface. For even more protection against the cold, some of our chaps come with an insulated snap out lining.

Our premium buffalo leather chaps are the lightest of our selection while still being considered riding grade, premium soft milled cowhide is the most common, and is considered middle grade.

Naked buffalo hide is soft and supple, and just a grade beneath the ultra naked cowhide chap, the best available for quality and protection.

Leather pants are another option for those who want the protection from the cold and the road, but want a more conventional look.

Our leather chaps and pants are generally unisex, meaning they will fit both men and women alike. However, we do have some chaps and pants made especially for the ladies!

Chap size is determined by thigh measurement in inches at its thickest part. Most of our chaps come with belt extenders, so waist measurement is normally not an issue. For those very large or very tall bikers, we do have chaps available to accommodate you. Please inquire within.

Most people prefer to wear jeans under their chaps, so be sure to have whatever you plan to wear underneath on when measuring for chaps. When you receive your chaps, there will be an excess of length. Mark carefully where you want the length to fall, and cut the excess off with a sharp pair of scissors.

Be Careful! Chaps that have been cut cannot be returned!
